We offer bespoke hand-embroidered commissions through a thoughtful step-by-step process. From interiors and clothing to bridal pieces, each design reflects your vision, crafted by skilled artisans to create timeless, meaningful pieces with care.

STEP ONE

Consultation

Your journey begins with a personal consultation with Chloe, where we take the time to understand your ideas, inspirations and overall vision. This initial conversation allows us to explore creative possibilities and ensure we are aligned on the direction before moving forward.


STEP TWO

Concept & Development

Following our consultation, we translate your vision into a clear creative direction. We will share our pricing deck and design guidelines to provide insight into previous commissions and possible approaches. As each piece is entirely bespoke, the final quotation is confirmed once the design, fabric, scale and quantity are fully established.


STEP THREE

Fabric &
Material Sourcing

We offer an extensive range of fabrics and materials. If you require a specific colour, texture, or finish, we can source it for you. A sourcing fee may apply when materials fall outside our existing collection. Our goal is always to bring your ideas to life with precision and care.


STEP FOUR

Refinement & Approval

We work closely with you to refine the design details, ensuring every element feels considered and intentional. Once the design is approved, we move confidently into production.


STEP FIVE

Production

Each piece is carefully crafted by our skilled team, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, high-quality materials, and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our work, every project is unique and made with care at every stage.


STEP SIX

Quality Assurance

Before dispatch, each piece undergoes a final quality review to ensure it meets our standards and reflects the vision agreed upon during the design process.


STEP SEVEN

Delivery

Completed pieces are securely packaged and shipped to the UK via DHL or another trusted courier, delivered directly to your door.


STEP EIGHT

Timeframe

Timeframes vary depending on the scale and complexity of your order. For larger-quantity projects, we require a minimum of 3 months from the date the final design is approved. Smaller commissions can often be completed more quickly; we recommend allowing at least one month to ensure the highest standard of finish.
